Excellent adhesion of the first layer, improved durability

By optimizing the manufacturing process of the Bambu Texture PEI plate, the durability of the plate is improved. Furthermore, the adhesion between the prints and the plate is significantly enhanced, eliminating the need for adhesives.

Self-releasing upon cooling

PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications as it withstands the repeated heating and cooling cycles of a printer's heated bed. Prints are easily released when the temperature of the heated bed reaches room temperature. We always recommend waiting until the temperature reaches 35°C or less. If the print is still adhering to the plate, simply bend the steel plate, and the model will easily come off.

Compatibility with various filaments

With PEI, not only common materials like PLA, TPU, and PETG can be printed, but also materials requiring high temperatures such as ABS and Nylon.

Prevent deformations through reliable magnetic adhesion

The Bambu Texture PEI plate features a 0.5mm thick stainless steel plate that improves magnetic adhesion. This helps prevent deformations and ensures optimal print quality in 3D printing, reducing the likelihood of the first layer coming off due to deformations. It also assists in printing larger models made from materials prone to deformation, such as ABS, PC, and Nylon.

Textured surface

The Bambu Texture PEI plate offers a unique surface for the first layer. By applying a powder coating process, this PEI build plate creates a robust texture that adds texture to your prints.
