General terms and conditions

1. conclusion of the contract
With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. With the sending of an order confirmation by e-mail to you or the delivery of the ordered goods we can accept this offer. First you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you specified (order confirmation). However, a sales contract is only concluded with the dispatch of our order confirmation by e-mail to you or with the delivery of the ordered goods.

When ordering via our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of 5 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step you enter your name and e-mail. In the third step, enter your customer data including the billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the fourth step you choose how you would like to pay and how your goods should be shipped. In the last step you have the possibility to check all details (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered items) again and correct them if necessary before you send your order to us by clicking on "Pay order".

2. storage of the contract text
We save the contract text of your order. You can print it out before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of the order. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you provided.

3. retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

4. prices, forwarding expenses, return costs with revocation
All prices are final prices, they contain the legal value added tax. The minimum order value is 10,00 Euro.

If you make use of an existing right of revocation, you shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you.

5. terms of delivery
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we ship the goods within 2 working days of receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on account or payment by direct debit, we ship the goods within 2 working days of delivery of the order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

You can see the shipping costs with the respective articles. For the total delivery only the highest shipping costs will be charged.

6. return of goods

6.1 General requirements
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered.

If you are unable to return or surrender the goods or services received or their uses (e.g. advantages of use) to us, or if you are unable to return or surrender them in full or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation in this respect.

You do not have to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods. You only have to pay compensation for the value of the goods if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond the examination of their properties and functionality. Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail shop. When using the goods, please be sure to follow the instructions in the supplied instructions. If no instructions are enclosed, please contact the manufacturer of the product before using it for the first time. Damage to the product caused by operating errors cannot be refunded.

We offer the Open Monday to check the properties. Here all customers have the opportunity to test systems over a period of 60 minutes. Further still sample prints can be ordered with us.

If now the use of the thing exceeds these test possibilities, then we allow ourselves to renew the mainly used parts at the expense of the consumer. Further the surfaces of the hardware are examined for damages. Possible damages must also be set off against the purchase price.

Principles for 3D printers:

- If the printing time is less than 5 hours, there will be no further costs for you as long as there is no deterioration in the product. This is equivalent to "testing the properties and functionality".

- For printing times between 5 and 48 hours, the parts that are mainly used are replaced at the consumer's expense and the working time is calculated accordingly. Any possible deterioration of the goods (scratches, signs of use, ...) must also be settled.

- For printing times over 48 hours, we reserve the right to refuse withdrawal. This goes clearly beyond a "check of the characteristics and the function mode" as it is possible and usual in the retail shop and reduces the value of the commodity dramatically. However, we can store the system again for a fee of 25% of the purchase price. In addition, the parts mainly used are replaced at the consumer's expense and the working time is calculated accordingly. A possible deterioration of the goods (scratches, signs of use, ...) must also be paid.

- If the actual printing hours can no longer be read out due to a reset of the system, more than 48 printing hours must be assumed. The corresponding regulations then apply.

Items that can be sent by parcel post in their original packaging (including all transport safety devices used by the manufacturer) must be returned at our expense and risk. The goods cannot be sent to us without the original packaging and transport safety devices. The risk of transport damage would be too high.

6.2 Goods in opened original packaging (OVP)
In principle, goods can only be returned in unopened original packaging.

In the case of hardware, however, we make an exception to allow a 60-minute test of the product. If this test time is exceeded, the specifications from 6.1

Consumables and spare parts without original packaging will not be taken back. This also applies to goods of this category in opened original packaging.

6.3 Return of Goods in Open OVP
Tested hardware must be returned to the OVP before being returned. Here it is important that all transport locks are reinstalled. Damage to the goods caused by inadequate transport securing will be offset against the amount to be refunded. This information is also enclosed with the hardware.

7. terms of payment
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, by invoice (only for existing customers and public clients) or by PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation / invoice. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days. You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

The possibility to buy on account is only possible from your second order with identical invoice address. If new customers should select this as payment method, you agree with the payment by prepayment / PayPal. Public institutions can also purchase on account as new customers.

The goods will be shipped after receipt of your payment on our account.

With existing customers / public clients and payment by open invoice the dispatch takes place immediately. You will receive the invoice with the goods and by e-mail.

8. warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions. As far as used goods are subject of the sales contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.

9. guarantee
All our 3D printers come with a 12-month bring-in guarantee (unless otherwise stated).

In some cases, the manufacturer or a distributor in Germany will provide technical service. More information can be found in the section "Warranty processing".

Please do not under any circumstances dispose of the original packaging and also store all transport safety devices. In this way, damage due to inadequate security is excluded when returning the product in the event of a warranty claim.

For warranty cases the invoice date is decisive. Within the first 12 months after the invoice date there is a bring-in guarantee. Furthermore, warranty claims do not refer to wearing parts or damage resulting from faulty operation.

Here are some examples The nozzle is a wearing part. It can only be repaired under warranty if it has never worked. Furthermore, a worn construction panel cannot be submitted for warranty. This must also be regarded as a wearing part.

10. applicable law
German law applies exclusively. In the case of a consumer, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory legal provisions of the state in which he has his residence or habitual abode.
