Shipping within Germany is carried out via DHL or GLS depending on parcel size, weight and delivery address. The shipping provider is selected automatically by our warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

You will automatically receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping up to 10 kg

Parcels up to 10 kg are shipped as standard parcels via DHL or GLS.

Freight Shipping from 30.01 kg

Large or particularly heavy systems cannot be shipped via standard parcel services. In these cases, delivery is carried out by freight forwarding on a pallet.

Delivery is made behind the first lockable door on the ground floor, provided the location is accessible with a pallet truck. If this is not possible, delivery will be made curbside.
