To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we work with the encryption process (such as SSL) via https, which reflect the current state of technology. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Embedding of YouTube videos

We use plugins from YouTube (YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA) for the integration of videos. YouTube is represented by Google LLC. located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

If you call up the Internet pages of our web pages provided with such a plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established and the plugin will be displayed. This will tell the YouTube server which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged into YouTube as a member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, e.g. clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account and other YouTube LLC and Google Inc. user accounts and deleting company cookies before using our websites.

YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our websites and our offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and time of the server request, is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage, such as market research and custom website design. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. The IP addresses are anonymised so that an allocation is not possible (IP masking).

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by cookies and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link ( https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de ), which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data.

When ordering goods via our shop, you have the choice of whether you want to register with us as a customer or order without registration. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the bank and payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service in order to process payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Your consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to us or directly to the shipping service provider. After revocation we will delete your data unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API, a map service of Google LLC. ("Google"), to display an interactive map and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 I lit a, f DSGVO, based on your voluntary submission of directions and our legitimate interests in the presentation of our location and the ease with which we can locate the locations we indicate on the website.

By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. It would be possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website could be processed by Google for other purposes over which we have no influence. You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our pages.

Google Maps uses a cookie (NID). This cookie is used by Google when using Google Maps. The data processed by cookies is necessary for the purposes mentioned to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

E-mail advertising and your right to object

If we have received your e-mail address in connection with the sale of goods or services and you have not objected, we reserve the right, on the basis of § 7 III UWG, to regularly send you our offers for similar products to those already purchased by e-mail. The legal basis results from our legitimate interest in advertising to our customers and the processing of the data is permitted under Art 6 I S1 lit f DSGVO in the context of a balancing of interests.

You can object to the use of your e-mail address at any time by sending us a message or by clicking on the corresponding link in the advertising e-mail. After the legal basis for data processing for advertising e-mails has ceased to apply, your e-mail address will be deleted unless legal obligations to retain your e-mail address (e.g. due to tax or commercial law obligations to retain it) conflict with this.

We would also like to point out that you may object at any time to the future processing of your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO. The objection can be made in particular against the processing for purposes of direct marketing.

Postal advertising and your right of objection

We reserve the right to use your first and last name as well as your postal address, which you have given us in the context of orders, for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send you interesting offers and information about our products by letter post. This serves to protect our predominantly legitimate interests in advertising to our customers in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO as part of a weighing of interests.

You can object to the storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending us a message. The objection can be made in particular against the processing for purposes of direct advertising. Your address data will be deleted once the legal basis for data processing for postal advertising has ceased to apply, unless this conflicts with statutory storage obligations.

Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

On our web pages technologies from CDN servers (Content delivery network) can be used. CDNs shorten the loading time of Java-Script libraries and fonts, as these files are transferred from fast or underutilized servers. This site uses so called Web Fonts (font-awesome) for the uniform display of fonts. When calling up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the CDN's servers. The use of web fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

We use "BootstrapCDN" from StackPath, LLC (2012 Mc Kinney Ave., Suite 1100, Dallas, TX 75201, USA, legal@stackpath.com "StackPath" - Privacy Policy at https://www.stackpath.com/privacy-statement/ ). In order to use CDN, it is technically necessary to process your IP address so that the page content of the website can be sent to your browser. Your IP address will therefore be transmitted to the provider. StackPath operates servers in the EU, but it cannot be ruled out that your browser may also access servers outside the EU.

StackPath is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement (https://www.privacyshield.gov/list) and thus offers a guarantee to ensure the level of protection of European data protection law.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of safeguarding our legitimate interests in the optimisation and economic operation of our website (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f DSGVO).

The programming language JavaScript is used to integrate the content. You can object to data processing by deactivating the execution of JavaScript in your browser or by installing a JavaScript blocker. Please note that this may restrict the functionality of the website.

Data economy

In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary or prescribed by law, in the sense of the statutory storage period. If the purpose of the information collected no longer applies or if the storage period ends, we will block or delete the data.

After this period has expired, the data will be anonymised in order to be available for later statistical evaluations.

You can object to the use of your data for the aforementioned purposes at any time with effect for the future. All requests for information, requests for information or objections to data processing should be sent by e-mail to datenschutz@dasganzebuero.de .

Processing/passing on of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed above or below.

We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if: you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, this is legally permissible and pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO required for the performance of contractual relationships for the implementation of pre-contractual measures with you, in the event that we are legally obliged to pass on the data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, the processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned, which require the protection of personal data, prevail, in particular if the person concerned is a child.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right:

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from us, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details; in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us; to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO if the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible person; in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future;
to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our headquarters. You can find a list of data protection officers and their contact details at the following link: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Right of objection

If we process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests within the scope of a weighing of interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the future in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.

If the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise this right at any time. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct marketing. Insofar as processing is carried out for other purposes, you are only entitled to object if there are reasons arising from your particular situation.

If you wish to make use of your right of objection, an e-mail to us is sufficient.

After exercising your right of objection, we will not process your personal data further unless we can prove compelling reasons for the processing worthy of protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

Change of this data protection explanation - conditions

Due to the further development of our website and offers about it or due to changed legal or official specifications it may become necessary to change this data protection declaration in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
