Solid, precise, quiet

The WASP 60100 HDP is equipped with new motor drivers that make the printer significantly quieter and more precise, as well as new high-performance stepper motors that give it more stability.

Compared to previous models, the 60100 HDP features a frameless door made of tempered glass equipped with a certified Class 2B2 film. Moreover, the smoke extraction unit equipped with HEPA, activated carbon, and dust filters ensures a clean environment without odors.

User-friendliness has been enhanced by a new 7-inch TFT touch display and an LED strip at the top of the printer console, allowing the work status to be easily monitored remotely.

Water-cooled system and localized heating chamber

The WASP 60100 HDP features our patented FIRECAP system, a movable heating chamber system installed on the effector, capable of reaching a temperature of 200°C. The FIRECAP SYSTEM utilizes all the heat by directing it only where necessary, ensuring perfect adhesion of the infra-layer and excellent surface quality even with the most challenging materials while limiting energy consumption.

A new water-cooled system enables the printing of high-temperature polymers that can safely reach up to 500°C.

Remote control of the camera

The WASP 60100 HDP can be connected to the network and then controlled directly via a mobile phone, tablet, or computer. Inside the printer is a camera that allows remote monitoring of the printing process.

Thanks to remote maintenance, WASP technicians can work remotely on your board in case of problems.

Easily interchangeable plates

The innovative Vacuum Active Control (VAC) vacuum retention system allows you to replace the print plate in a few seconds, ensuring no micro-movements occur during printing even at high temperatures.

VAC also allows the use of plates of different types compatible with the printing material used, ensuring excellent adhesion. Upon completion of printing, VAC automatically releases the print plate, which can then be manually bent.
