The polypropylene (PP) pellet 'P-pellets 310 ' offers low warpage and shrinkage combined with an extremely high layer adhesion and can be printed with almost all common pellet processing 3D printers. The 'P-pellets 310' and the prints produced with it are very fracture resistant, have very good mechanical properties, a high chemical and temperature stability, as well as a low frictional resistance. Due to its low density, it is excellently suited for lightweight construction. Applications ranging from technical and medical components to individualised decorative and art articles and toys can be realised. The food-safe nature of the PP raw material used opens up additional application possibilities.

Pre-treatment of the PP granulate 'P-pellets 310':

The 'P-pellets 310' do not need to be dried before 3D printing and can be used without pre-treatment.

Recommended printing parameters:
'P-surface 141' as a printing base is mandatory for high quality results.
Extruder temperature: 200 - 220 °C
Print bed surface temperature: 20 °C (50 - 70 °C during the first layer, 100 - 110 °C for non-destructive removal after finishing)
Build temperature: not necessary
