The portable optical coordinate measuring system FreeScan Trak Pro2 is the ideal metrology tool for quality control and 3D inspection. With high precision and repeatability, the FreeScan Trak Pro2 enables fast, accurate inspection of various part types and surfaces without the need for markers. When coupled with the optional FreeProbe, users can seamlessly integrate probing into the optical scanning process for faster and more convenient overall inspection.

Dynamic Referencing, No Markers Required
The FreeTrak dynamically tracks the TE25 scanner thanks to its tracking markers, eliminating the need to manually place markers on the scanned object. This markerless operation saves time and makes the 3D scanning process much smoother.

Accuracy
The FreeScan Trak Pro2 delivers metrological scan results with exceptional accuracy, reaching up to 0.023mm.
*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, the sphere spacing error is evaluated with traceable length artifacts and markers, measuring them at various locations and orientations within the working volume in the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified accuracy laboratory with environmental conditions: Temperature 20 ± 0.5 °C; Humidity 40 ~ 60% RH.

The wide and expandable tracking range of the FreeScan Trak Pro2 allows measurement of a wide range of volumes and surfaces without compromising accuracy or requiring traditional jumps in the scanning process.

Our intuitive, streamlined software displays mesh data in real-time as you scan your workpiece, saving time in later point cloud meshing.
Data Quality Visualization
Users can determine if the scan distance is appropriate by observing the color of the laser lines projected onto the object. There's also a built-in data quality indicator to determine which parts of the data are inadequate.
