VSHAPER 500 3D Printer

Vshaper 500 is an industrial FDM 3D printer manufactured by Polish company Vshaper. Its fully enclosed metal construction ensures stable printing temperature and good printing quality. The printer is delivered already assembled. Equipped with an extruder with two print heads, an insulated heated chamber and a large heating bed, this professional additive manufacturing device enables the production of large objects with low risk of deformation and shrinkage. It was awarded the CD3D Award for the best 3D printer in Poland in 2018.

The Vshaper 500 has a build volume of up to 420 x 420 x 420 mm. It features two V-JET printheads with a special cleaning system that removes filament waste and debris during printing. The dual extrusion mechanism allows you to print multiple materials. It also allows you to print water-soluble substrates with ease. The machine is equipped with a vacuum table, a removable platform and a carbon filter that allows good ventilation and a reduction in pollutant emissions.

PRINT QUALITY

The Vshaper 500 is an FDM 3D printer that can print layers with a thickness of 50 microns. This allows you to produce parts with smooth outer surfaces. The final products are characterized by extreme mechanical and thermal resistance. The V-PORT dual extruder allows simultaneous printing with standard and soluble support filaments, enabling the production of intricate, large parts with professional precision.

The print head runs on linear guides, making design easier, lighter and more effective - all features desirable for a 3D printer.

MATERIALS

The Vshaper 500 prints with HIPS, ASA, PET-G, PC-ABS, PA12, ABS, PA+CF, PA-GF, PC, PMMA and other materials.

The extruder is equipped with a blower for printing with PLA materials. Cooling the model reduces deformation and filamentation and generally improves print quality.

Unlike many FDM printers, the Vshaper 500 has a heated print bed and insulated, heated print chamber, so it can reliably print with ABS-type and temperature-sensitive materials.
