Fast, precise, flexible

The new WASP 40100 LDM (Liquid Deposition Modeling) is the perfect tool for ceramic 3D printing on a medium/large scale.

Precise and fast using all ceramic materials, the machine is open and accessible on all three sides to allow interaction during printing.

The machine features the LDM WASP Extruder 3.0, the professional ceramic extruder equipped with a screw system that can regulate material extrusion, enabling quick flow interruption and good retraction control.

The optional LDM WASP Extruder XL 3.0 is a larger version of the LDM 3.0, allowing the use of larger nozzles and higher material flow rates of up to 8 mm in diameter.

Online courses

Along with the machine, you will receive an online course that supports you in the setup, usage, and maintenance not only of your 3D printer but also additional printing tools.

Compatibility and expandability with multiple tools

The WASP 40100 LDM is compatible with a range of optional accessories that expand its capabilities.

The Continuous Feeding System (CFS) allows you to continuously add new material to the printer, overcoming the limited tank capacity and mechanically degassing the material without requiring a vacuum pump.

The Manual Feeding Extruder is designed for printing with fast-setting cement and geopolymers, thanks to its stainless steel funnel body and self-cleaning system.

Finally, the Automated Production System (APS) enables the printing of ceramic artifacts in series by automatically replacing the used printing plate with a new one. The used build plate is then independently transported on a conveyor belt, waiting to be picked up.

Remote control

Interactive user interface

The user experience has been further simplified by introducing a new 7-inch TFT touch display and an LED strip at the top of the printer to recognize the working status remotely.

Revival and Free-Zeta system

The Revival system allows users to save their print job and resume it in case of a power outage. With the Free Zeta System, the machine measures the height of the print interruption and restarts from there.
