Binocular micro-structured light.

POP 2 uses the principle of binocular and micro-structured light. Using the proprietary micro-projection chip, POP 2 ensures that the 3D point cloud data captured quickly has higher precision, and the highest single image precision can reach 0.05mm.

High precision

POP 2 is also equipped with an improved projector and IR cameras with higher resolution. An improved high-precision calibration process ensures that POP 2 achieves professional precision of up to 0.05 mm and 3D point cloud data of 0.15 mm. This allows POP 2 to capture 3D models with more detail and ensure better dimensional accuracy.

Perfect scanning fluidity

POP 2's hardware upgrade enables a scanning frame rate of up to 10 frames. At the same time, it is equipped with a built-in 6-dof gyroscope that enables faster and more accurate spatial positioning, reduces stitching errors, improves smooth scanning, and makes the scanning process easier and faster. In short, it improves the workflow and stitching of shapes, marker points and color features in point clouds.
