3DDistri warranty extension to 36 months for Raise3D Pro2 / Pro3 series

Suitable for: Raise3D Pro2 / Pro3 and Pro2 Plus / Pro3 Plus.

This warranty extension covers all spare parts for a total of 36 months.

You will receive these spare parts free of charge upon request, or you can send your printer to us free of charge so that we can replace the faulty parts free of charge. We will take care of the collection.

• Warranty extension to a total of 36 months (excludes print nozzles, top covers, trim parts, build plates and user errors*; warranty for selected parts only with limited time*)
• Premium telephone support for hardware and software questions (also available via video conference)

Term and activation:

From the invoice date or installation date, the warranty runs for a total of 36 months. A warranty extension must be activated via our portal at www.3DDistri.com with a corresponding product code. This must be done no later than 30 days after purchase.
