12 months premium warranty extension

With this extended warranty you receive an additional 12 months warranty. Together with the normal warranty of 12 months, you get a total of 24 months.

The maximum of the 12-month extended warranty can be purchased once, so the warranty then runs for a maximum of 24 months.

The normal warranty extension includes:

• Coverage of labor and part costs for repairs due to malfunctions or manufacturing defects.

• Shipping Terms - Glossy 3D covers for outbound shipments from airport to airport or port to port with no customs fees, handling and import duties at customer's destination. The customer bears the incoming (return) shipping and the associated costs for goods that are delivered to Shining 3D Tech. Co Ltd., after a grace period of 30 days, part of Shining 3D's DOA policy.

• Free software upgrades during the customer's warranty period.

• Customers must obtain and obtain a Return Material Authorization or RMA prior to returning a device for service. This RMA must be obtained from Shining 3D's customer service department (einscan_support@shining3d.com).

The premium extended warranty includes:

All items covered by the standard warranty and

• Paying the labor cost of repairs due to malfunction or manufacturing defects.

• Priority duty scheduling.

• Shipping in both directions, inbound and outbound. Re-export, re-import duties or customs fees are excluded.

It is available separately as a warranty extension after the first included year and can only be purchased within the first year after purchasing the scanner.
