3D PRINTING MODULES

Interchangeable print modules in the VSHAPER 270 PRO industrial 3D printing system allow the machine parameters to be adjusted.

Changing the print head that works with low-temperature materials such as ABS or PA to a high-temperature print head that can print PEEK or to a head with a different nozzle diameter is efficient and unproblematic. The quick changeover guarantees short downtime.

The design of the VSHAPER 270 PRO 3D printer provides ideal conditions for processing low-temperature and high-temperature thermoplastic materials such as ABS, PC-ABS, PA, PC, PEEK and others.

VACUUM 3D PRINT BED

Automatic calibration of the print bed is a guarantee of better quality and accuracy of the printed model.

Replaceable surface ensures precise adhesion of the first layer and eliminates problems with adhesion of the print even after several dozens of hours of unique operation of the machine.

ACTIVELY HEATED CHAMBER

The control of temperature conditions inside the machine allows to maintain the optimal thermal value of the 3D printing environment.

It provides ideal conditions for processing most thermoplastic materials available on the market.

The VSHAPER 270 PRO can print a wide range of filaments. This 3D printer is capable of processing high temperature and demanding PEEK, advanced polyamide+carbon fiber, polyamide+glass fiber, basic ABS and ASA. Interchangeable heads allow you to customize the properties for your specific material, and a wide range of nozzle diameters allows you to achieve the desired model properties
