xTool MetalFab 1200W Laser Welding System (LK4)

The xTool MetalFab 1200W laser welding system combines three powerful functions in one device: laser welding, laser cutting, and laser cleaning. This compact and mobile solution is ideal for precise processing of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, carbon steel, and galvanized sheet metal. The smart display provides access to over 108 predefined laser parameters, and custom settings can be conveniently saved using the free xTool software.

Welding: Advanced fiber laser technology reduces the heat-affected zone to ≤ 0.05 mm—ideal for thin metals without deformation. Whether butt welds, lap joints, fillet welds, or circular seams: with the welding head, stainless steel and carbon steel up to 5 mm thickness can be processed.

Cutting: The portable cutting head allows metal cutting even in hard-to-reach areas. Stainless steel and carbon steel up to 5 mm can be processed mobile with ease. In combination with a CNC unit, burr-free cuts up to 10 mm are possible.

Cleaning: The 1 cm-wide cleaning nozzle effectively removes rust, paint, and dirt without damaging the base material. Ideal for tools, chains, and metal surfaces, even in difficult-to-access locations.
