The xTool MetalFab 1200W laser welding device combines three functions in one system: laser welding, laser cutting, and laser cleaning. This compact and mobile solution is ideal for precise processing of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, carbon steel, and galvanized sheet metal. With the smart display, you can access more than 108 predefined laser parameters or conveniently save your custom settings in the free xTool software.

Welding: Fiber laser technology allows for an extremely small heat-affected zone (≤ 0.05 mm), enabling precise welding of even thin metals without deformation. Whether butt joints, lap joints, fillet welds, or circular welds – the welding nozzle processes stainless and carbon steel up to 5 mm thick.

Cutting: The portable cutting nozzle enables flexible and mobile cutting – even in hard-to-reach areas. Stainless and carbon steel up to 5 mm thick can be processed with ease. Combined with the CNC unit, burr-free cuts up to 10 mm thick on carbon steel or galvanized sheet are possible.

Cleaning: The 1 cm wide cleaning nozzle removes rust, paint, and debris efficiently from metal surfaces without damaging the base material. Ideal for tools, bicycle chains, or other metal components – even in narrow areas.
