Modefine 3D Hardened Driving Gear Kit

Overview

The hardened steel extruder gear is an internal component of the hardened steel extruder unit. It consists of a driven gear and an active gear, which work together to feed the filament into the hotend.

The hardened steel extruder gear is made of highly durable materials and is better suited for printing with tough technical filaments such as PAHT-CF and PET-CF, ensuring long-lasting performance. In case of wear or clogging due to prolonged use, the user can simply replace the extruder gear instead of the entire extruder unit.

*The P1 series extruder unit comes with a stainless steel extruder gear. Users can upgrade it to a hardened steel extruder gear for better abrasion resistance against technical filaments.
