Bambu Lab Hotend with Nozzle (Stainless Steel)
The Bambu Lab Hotend features a unique all-in-one design that combines the cooling body, heat break, heater block, and nozzle into a single unit. This design allows Bambu Lab hotends to heat up much faster than traditional hotends, and prevents the risk of filament leaking or extruding at the interface between the nozzle and the heat break.

If you need to replace your nozzle, you can either replace the hotend with the nozzle in your original complete hotend assembly, or replace the entire complete hotend assembly. Bambu Lab therefore offers the hotends in two configurations: as a single hotend with nozzle or as a complete hotend assembly.

- Filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles tend to clog the 0.2 mm nozzle.
- For filaments containing carbon or glass fibers, it is highly recommended to use a hardened steel 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize clogging and wear.
- Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been extensively tested and show a lower clogging risk when printing with a hardened steel 0.4 mm nozzle, while also achieving better print quality.
