Bambu Lab Dual Texture PEI Plate - X1 Series & P1 Series

Enjoy the benefits of two different textures in one plate: one side features a structured PEI surface while the other side has a smooth PEI surface. This plate is equipped with a 0.5 mm thick magnetic stainless steel plate that enhances magnetic adhesion, helps prevent warping, and ensures optimal print quality during 3D printing.

Smooth PEI Surface

• High-precision Z-axis printing: The smooth PEI surface contributes to improved Z-axis precision during the printing process, ensuring greater accuracy and consistency in the vertical dimension.
• Smooth and matte surface: The use of a specially selected matte PEI film can give the underside of the printed object a smooth and matte texture, enhancing its overall appearance.

Structured PEI Surface

• Excellent first-layer adhesion and improved durability: The structured PEI surface has increased durability and improved adhesion between prints and the plate, so no adhesives are necessary.
• Self-releasing on cooling: The structured PEI surface withstands the repeated heating and cooling cycles of a printer’s heated bed. Prints easily release when the heated bed reaches room temperature.
