High-Precision Z-Axis Printing

The smooth PEI plate enhances Z-axis precision, providing higher accuracy and consistency along the vertical dimension. This plate is especially suitable for printing parts that require precise alignment and tight tolerances.

Compatible with Various Filaments

The PEI plate is compatible with common materials such as PLA, TPU, PETG, as well as high-temperature materials like ABS and Nylon. Note: To prevent tearing of the sheet when printing with materials other than PLA, it is recommended to use a glue stick.

Reliable Magnetic Adhesion to Prevent Warping

Thanks to its 0.5 mm thick spring steel plate, the Bambu Smooth PEI Plate offers strong magnetic adhesion, preventing warping and ensuring optimal print quality, even with materials like ABS, PC, and Nylon.

Important Notes

• On the A1 model, the smooth PEI plate may warp at the corners, or models may detach. This is caused by the thicker coating, which increases the distance from the bed magnets.
• To remove any bubbles, heat the plate on the print bed for several hours at a temperature of at least 80°C.
• Dust and grease can reduce adhesion. Regular cleaning with water and detergent is recommended.
• Do not use acetone to clean the plate, as this can damage the PEI surface.
• Let the plate cool before removing the printed model to avoid damage.
• If adhesion decreases, lightly sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper (600 grit recommended).
• This PEI plate is a consumable part; the warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage.
