Bambu Lab Hotend with Nozzle

The Bambu Lab Hotend combines a heatsink, heatbreak, heating block, and nozzle in a unique all-in-one design. This innovative concept allows for faster heating times and eliminates the risk of filament leaks at the interface between the nozzle and heatbreak.

Material Compatibility

Legend:

• *①: Not recommended for this nozzle size due to print quality and wear.
• *②: Recommended nozzle for optimal print results.
• *③: Recommended nozzle for better print accuracy and durability.

[*Note]

1. Filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles tend to clog a 0.2 mm nozzle.
2. For filaments containing carbon or glass fibers, it is highly recommended to use a hardened steel 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and abrasion.
3. Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been extensively tested and are proven to have a low risk of clogging when printing with a hardened steel 0.4 mm nozzle while delivering higher print quality.

Configuration of the Bambu Hotend

If you need to replace your nozzle, you can either replace the Hotend with Nozzle on your original complete hotend assembly or replace the entire complete hotend assembly.
