The Hyper Core filament line is defined as a new generation of professional and industrial fiber-reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®.

Fiber-reinforced composite filaments are the ideal material for producing end-use parts and heavy-duty applications that require superior strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. However, printing fiber-reinforced filament at high speed poses many challenges such as reduced flowability, poorer interlayer adhesion, and quicker nozzle wear.

To overcome these challenges, Raise3D's Hyper Core ABS CF15 filament is specifically designed using special extrusion technology to form a fiber-rich core where most carbon fibers are well aligned and distributed. During high-speed FFF printing, the excellent thermal conductivity of the carbon fiber core accelerates filament melting in the hot end. Additionally, the residual heat energy of the fiber-rich core promotes interlayer adhesion of ABS across adjacent lines, forming a smooth and strong part. The Hyper Core ABS CF15 filament is designed to achieve rapid melt rates while balancing print quality, performance, and cost.

Hyper Core ABS CF15 inherits the excellent impact resistance, good chemical resistance, and low moisture absorption of the terpolymer ABS matrix. Furthermore, the special fiber distribution enhances strength and stiffness in the Z-direction, further extending nozzle life. It is the ideal choice for mass production of industrial applications requiring high performance, stability, and efficiency.
