BASF Ultracur3D Resin Cleaner 5000g

BASF Ultracur3D™ Cleaner is a cleaning solution for the fast and efficient removal of uncured photopolymer resin from printed parts. The cleaner is compatible with a variety of resins, including all resins from the Ultracur3D® portfolio.

Cleaning Procedure
1. Submerge the part in a stirring bath of Ultracur3D Cleaner for a maximum of 10 minutes. A typical cleaning time of 5 to 8 minutes is recommended. Some parts may need to be cleaned in less than 5 minutes.
2. Rinse with 2-propanol for an additional 1-3 minutes.
3. 2-propanol can be blown off with compressed air, or the parts can be air-dried at ambient temperature. For accelerated drying, heat the part to 60°C (140°F) for approximately 10 minutes.

Ultracur3D Cleaner is not harmful or flammable at room temperature and can be heated up to 50°C to enhance cleaning performance. This cleaner is suitable for industrial part cleaning and equipment cleaning.

Ultracur3D® Cleaner can typically be used until it contains approximately 10-20% resin or until cleaning performance noticeably declines. Afterward, it should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
