The Bambu Lab PPA-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced nylon that offers exceptional strength, precision, and reliability. This material exhibits outstanding mechanical properties and impressive resistance in demanding environments – whether in humidity, underwater, or at extremely high temperatures.

Outstanding Features:

• 48% stronger and 102% stiffer than conventional PA6-CF
• Industrial-grade dimensional stability – almost at metal level
• Perfect for replacing automotive and industrial parts
• 66% lower moisture absorption compared to PA6-CF
• Heat resistant up to 227 °C

Important Notes:

• Requires a hardened steel nozzle (do not use a 0.2 mm nozzle!)
• Filament should be dried before use
• NOT compatible with Bambu Lab AMS systems!
