With SLS technology, the uncured material serves as the support material, so no additional support structures are required. The printing process therefore saves material and no supports need to be removed from the printed model. In addition, multiple models can be stacked and printed in any orientation. This increases productivity and lowers the cost per part.
The XYZ SLS system also features an open material system. Users can process third-party powders and create their own print profiles.

The MfgPro230 xS is controlled by an advanced software solution. With XYZprint AMSLS, users can remotely plan sintering projects and prepare print jobs. 3D nesting can be performed with Voxeldance Additive, among others!
Metal parts with an SLS system?
On XYZprinting's cost-effective SLS system, components made of Headmade's metal material can be built up layer by layer by melting the binder. No support structures are needed in the build process itself. After the printing process, the components are de-powdered and deburred in a solvent. The components are then burned out in an industrial sintering furnace. This produces the finished metal component.
The MfgPro230 xS works with two software solutions: SLS Build and SLS Ware. SLS Build allows the printing process to be prepared, simulated and sent to the printer. SLS Ware gives the user the ability to remotely schedule and review print jobs.
Easy handling of the powder
The replaceable build plate can massively increase the productivity of the system. While the objects on the old build plate are being cleaned in the post-processing station, the next print can be started directly!
