Formlabs Form Cure – 2nd Generation

The second-generation Form Cure delivers strong, durable parts faster and more consistently than ever, thanks to the precise combination of heat and 405 nm light. Post-cure Form 4/B prints in just 60 seconds, with 4× higher UV intensity, 5× shorter preheat time, and a 1.3× larger chamber. Simply select from validated presets for over 45 Formlabs materials and start curing. Advanced users can customize time and temperature settings as needed.

Post-curing completes the chemical reaction initiated during printing, increasing the strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance of the final part. It also results in a harder, less tacky surface.

For biocompatible materials, post-curing is essential to meet regulatory safety standards.
